Violin, Germany c.1920 (Maggini copy)
This German made violin from the 1920s has a strong robust voice with great projection.
It is in perfect condition. It has a highly flamed two-piece maple back with matching ribs, neck and scroll with a glowing orange varnish.
This is a concerto level instrument and will suit up to an advanced or tertiary level student.
It is clearly a Maggini copy including a beautiful double line of purfling which was a distinct feature of that maker.
Length of back: 363mm
